Natural Depression Treatment Herb and Spice Barbecue Rub

Barbecue Rub Ingredients

Rosemary leaves powder 1 tablespoon

Basil 1 tablespoon

Cardamom powder 1 tablespoon

Ginger 2 tablespoons

Cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon

Paprika 2 tablespoons

Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

Onion powder 1 teaspoon 

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and store in an air tight container away from heat, light and moisture.
