Natural Menopause Treatment Herbal Tea Recipe

Ingredients

2 ½ cups filtered water

1 teaspoon dried Sage leaves

1 teaspoon dried Rose petals

1 Tablespoon honey (optional sweetener)

Preparation

Place the herbs and flowers in a container with a tight fitting lid like a Mason jar

Bring the water to a boil

Pour the boiling water over the herbs and spices and cover the container

Let the herbs and flower steep for 10 minutes

Strain the herbs and flowers with a sieve or coffee filter

Serve the tea hot in mugs

Sweeten with honey (optional)

Tips

1. Never use aluminum vessels to prepare herbal teas. Use stainless steel or glass items.

2. You can steep the herbs and spices for 30 minutes and make a stronger infusion. This can be served with ice as an iced tea.

3. When using fresh herbs use 1 tablespoon of fresh herb for each cup of water.
