Healthy Natural Weight Loss Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups baby spinach torn into bite sized pieces

2 cups lettuce torn into bite sized pieces

½ cup broccoli

½ cup carrots grated

1 cup lentils boiled

1 grapefruit peeled and sliced

¼ cup whole grain croutons

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place the green leafy vegetables in a large bowl. Add the other vegetables. Toss in the kidney beans, croutons, cherries and pineapple.

2. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad, season and toss it with a fork.

3. Serve immediately.
